That had to have to have been my best con ever!
So, Friday, we got there and waited FOREVER in line. But you shoulda seen the happiness of the ticket peoples at the pre-reg stand. They were all like- I LOVE YOU GUYS FOREVER BECAUSE YOU'RE SUCH A MASSIVE GROUP. Cos she picked up our envelope of 26 tickets, and Grant was just like PINE VIEW ANIME CLUB MOVE TO THE FRONT and our massive group just like, swirled out of the dephs of the line. It was beautiful. So, then I moved on in my Morute cosplay. ;~; Obscure anime is obscure. Only Mulan recognized me, and I ended up getting so annoyed with some parts of it that I only went around in half a costume for the majority of the time. I spent forever on those boot covers, only to forget one of my stupid shoes in Aunt Pam's car. So, I was left with the wrong shoes for BOTH my cosplays. And heels hurt. I stopped wearing them. XD

Was greatly disappointed by the Masquerade. It was just... The teching was really horrible, so I missed out on LOTS of the plot, and I didn't like how it would play a scene that I couldn't hear, play two songs to dance to, then play another scene, then a coupla more songs~ Maybe my hopes were just too high from the FF9 ball? I love that one<33 Then club Metro was okay as well. I probably would've had a killer time if I hadn't been decidedly DEAD. I don't run well on an hour of sleep. ^^; So I sat around with Sam for a bit, and then after he left I went and rolled around with Katey while Yago talked to his friends/watched us. Went back to the room, wasted hot water, ate instant ramen, and SLEPT.

Saturday was fuuuuuuun. I spent pretty much ALL of my money on Saturday. And there were so many beautiful cosplayers. I wish I'd been less overwhelmed, and more focussed on taking pictures. Maybe I'll go on year with just my camera... Anyways, to mention some of my favorites: Demyx (I met her in the elevator and she was AMAZING), Roxas (Jane!), Charmander and Lukario (so cuuuuuuuuuuuuuute ;~, and Zack (I plastered myself to the elevator glass when I spotted him). Spent a lot of the day with Sam. Finished John's lion plushie. XD My hand sewing is so bad, you can distinctly tell the difference in where Blu sewed it and where I did. Ordered pizza with Jane, Brooke, Yago, Sam, and Brandy for while I sewed. Made Sam's hair look like Dominic's, which I was quite proud of, even if it did start curling again anyways. Everybody loved his Dominic, and though my Anemone sucked, they loved us together. <33 Went out for Thai food with Archie's family and Sam. It was delicious, and then spent some time with John, Lizzie and Hannah. Got back with Sam, got ready for the rave (I wore moms purple latex unitard!). Had a huge talk with Same because I'm a terrible girlfriend and don't know how to be a better one. Went to the rave and had killer good time (Even if they did suck. It started an hour and a half late, and they STILL closed it on the scheduled time). Went back to the room and read manga.

Sunday was sloooow. Spent the last of my money (down to the last quarters). There was this girl in artist alley, I practically gushed over her every time I saw her. Her art was so good, and her chibis SO adorable. I bought lots of Sailor Scout chibis <33. Went to the chess match which was AWESOME. This guy proposed to his girlfriend during the beginning and it was SO sweet ("You're the heavy to my medic"!!), I baw'd intensely despite my dying throat and voice. Hung with John and Yago afterwards, went home, ate Micky D's, and collapsed asleep when I got back to my house.

All in all, it was a SUPER AWESOME weekend. I wanna go back. XD
